About the role

  • You will gain comprehensive insights into all service areas of the Serviceplan Group and learn about the latest trends in modern communications.
  • As a permanent, valued team member you will take on a high degree of responsibility.
  • You will independently manage and develop acquisition activities.
  • You will actively participate in acquisition efforts for the Serviceplan Group and its individual agencies at both national and international levels.
  • You will support the team in pre-qualifying new business opportunities.
  • You will conduct independent research as well as market and competitor analyses.
  • You will contribute to the preparation of reports.
  • You will assist in organizing, executing and following up on events focused on client acquisition and relationship management.

Requirements

  • You are studying business or communication sciences with a focus on marketing or a comparable field—ideally nearing the end of your bachelor’s degree or already enrolled in a master’s program.
  • You are confident in using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Independent and creative work, strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing manner are among your key qualities.
  • Ideally, you are available for six months (minimum three months), preferably as a compulsory internship as part of your studies.
