About the role
- Active liaison between clients, the creative team and suppliers
- Exciting client accounts
- Independently implement and monitor cross‑media communication measures in close collaboration with the creative team and consulting team
- Prepare conceptual presentations and lead client meetings
- Responsible for managing and coordinating workflows, timelines and budgets
- Plenty of fun in a highly motivated, interdisciplinary team within an innovative environment

- Contribute to new business activities
Requirements
- A completed degree in communications/business or a comparable qualification
- Experience in servicing retail clients and providing 360° account management, as well as implementing efficient production processes for print and digital assets
- Strong digital know‑how and experience in managing and executing video and photo productions
- Passion and enthusiasm for client consulting
- Confident client-facing demeanor, negotiation skills and leadership abilities when working with junior team members
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Very good German and English skills
