About the role
- Independently manage the day-to-day operations of projects for our international client in the automotive sector, respecting time and budget constraints
- Update and maintain project plans and status lists
- Monitor and coordinate internal and external processes according to the Delivery Lead’s guidelines
- Ensure compliance with production and media schedules
- Prepare cost estimates and track budget progress
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of advertising materials across all channels
- Maintain and manage process and production workflows
- Collaborate with the entire team, including the Delivery Lead, Client Lead, various internal departments, and external partners.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/communications or a comparable qualification
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in a communications agency with a 360° approach/asset production
- Knowledge of project management methods and experience working with project management tools
- Background in the automotive industry is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret production and media plans
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Committed and flexible working style with strong communication and organizational skills
- High quality standards and a structured way of working
- Fluent in English; very good German skills are a plus
- Knowledge of information security and information security awareness.
