About the role
- As a strategist, you advise and lead our clients from the institutional sector (e.g., ministries, authorities, associations, and public-law entities).
- Depending on your experience, you take the content lead as a strategist in developing creative, coherent, and persuasive pitch and campaign concepts, which you develop together with an interdisciplinary team.
- You conduct and develop audience and topic analyses and derive key strategic insights.
- As a sparring partner for the creative team, you prepare creative briefs, support the creative process, and ensure that strategy and creative outputs are aligned.
- You have a strong interest in and the ability to develop efficient user or customer journeys for meaningful orchestration of channels, formats, and content.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning or consulting at a communications agency.
- Strong presentation and consulting skills: confident delivery in presentations and strategic advisory competence.
- Commercial responsibility: experience managing the financials of strategy accounts/budgets.
- Additional desirable skills: PR strategy, crisis communication, corporate communications, and team leadership.
- Strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
