About the role
- You are responsible for conceiving, designing and optimizing digital user experiences and interactions using AI tools.
- You approach experience design holistically, from understanding the user problem through concept development to the final design.
- You conduct user research, user analyses and usability tests and analyze quantitative data to derive actionable recommendations.
- You work closely with developers, product owners, project managers and stakeholders to bring user-centered UX concepts to life.
- You are responsible for creating and evolving scalable design systems and style guides.
- You produce wireframes, prototypes and user flows.
- You create digital AI experiences for well-known brands and improve the usability of our own AI tools.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in UX/UI design, digital product design, interaction design or experience strategy—ideally in an agency environment.
- Solid methodology and experience with user research, usability testing as well as quantitative and qualitative data analysis as the basis for design concepts.
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm for all topics related to design, AI, innovation and development.
- You convince with a portfolio that showcases a variety of projects.
- Familiarity with methodological design and user-centered approaches in an agile environment, working directly with developers, product owners, project managers and clients.
- Strong experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Jira, Confluence, etc., and a willingness to continue developing these skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
