About the role

  • You are responsible for the end-to-end commercial management of customer projects
  • You perform bottom-up pricing calculations and prepare proposals/quotes
  • You review the order situation and are responsible for resource management across teams
  • You analyze project progress, associated billing, and the proper closure of various projects for our international, renowned automotive client
  • Afterwards, you prepare profitability analyses and post-calculations
  • You act as a sparring partner and interface between internal departments, colleagues, the client, and business partners
  • You are the extended arm of financial controlling and continuously compile all relevant facts that affect the financial position
  • You support those responsible for results in achieving their targets
  • You mediate between the client and agency perspectives with an entrepreneurial mindset

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/communication or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in account management within a digital consulting or agency environment
  • Proficient in agency-specific project software and BI systems
  • Experience supervising projects and colleagues and moderating business-related/financial challenges
  • Independent and reliable working style
  • Strategic and analytical thinking from an agency perspective
  • Strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, teamwork, and a high ability to integrate into teams
  • Solid MS Office skills (especially Excel) and an affinity for financial figures and their implications
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of information security and information security awareness
