About the role

  • Concept development and copy form the creative backbone of this role
  • We are looking for a strong idea generator with high linguistic precision and a passion for outstanding creative work
  • Developing innovative campaign ideas and strategies is central — from initial concept sketches to execution across all communication channels for tourism brands
  • Preparing for and participating in client presentations, new business projects, and pitches
  • Editorial/creative direction and close collaboration within a passionate creative team

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience as a copywriter in a creative and/or digital agency, ideally with a focus on integrated communication and award-winning work
  • A strong sense for storytelling, tone of voice, and conceptual dramaturgy — both in German and English
  • Clarity of expression, high creativity, and enthusiasm for unconventional thinking
  • Experience working with various AI tools
  • A passion for sophisticated texts and phrasing
  • Ideally, experience and knowledge working with tourism brands
  • Very good German skills, good English skills
  • An excellent portfolio with state-of-the-art work samples and a desire to create award-worthy work
