About the role
- Independent operational management of projects for our international client in the automotive sector, taking time and budget constraints into account
- Updating and maintaining project plans and status lists
- Monitoring and coordinating internal and external processes in accordance with the Delivery Lead's directives
- Ensuring adherence to production and media schedules
- Preparing cost estimates and monitoring budget development
- Ensuring quality and timely delivery of advertising materials across all channels
- Managing and enforcing process and production workflows
- Collaborating with the entire team, including the Delivery Lead, Client Lead, various internal departments and external partners
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/Communications or an equivalent qualification
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in a communications agency with a 360° approach/asset production
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and experience using project management tools
- Ability to read and interpret production and media schedules
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Proactive work style, flexibility, strong communication skills and organizational ability
- High quality standards and a structured way of working
- Good to very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of information security and information security awareness
