About the role
- Supporting the team in planning, organizing, executing and following up on numerous events such as Innovation Day, the Best Brands Gala and various marketing seminars
- Managing guest relations, including related tools, and gaining initial insights into creating event-specific websites
- Actively contributing to the implementation of national and international projects that strengthen the Serviceplan Group's corporate image
- In-depth exposure to organizing physical and digital events
- A committed and dynamic team
- You will meet exciting speakers and guests from media, politics and the entertainment industry
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field
- Experience in events management is an advantage
- Passion for independent, service-oriented work, strong organizational skills and an outgoing personality
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
