About the role
- University partnerships & talent acquisition: Planning, organizing and managing all university initiatives in close cooperation with existing and new university partners
- Managing and expanding strategic partnerships (career services, professors, student initiatives)
- Developing target-group-specific measures for talent outreach, particularly for Gen Z and Gen Alpha
- Representing the company at university events, recruiting events and career formats, including on-site coordination
- External employer branding
- Close collaboration with People Communication & Marketing to position our employer brand at universities and across digital touchpoints
- Analyzing relevant trends in young talent and employer branding and deriving appropriate measures
- Project & event management: Independently planning, executing and evaluating projects, events and recruiting activities
- Managing internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and partner companies
- Ensuring smooth operational execution of all formats, from concept through follow-up
Requirements
- Some initial experience in university marketing, talent management or employer branding
- High willingness to travel and flexibility
- Enjoy presenting confidently in front of larger groups
- Strong organizational skills paired with a solid knack for project and event management
- Strong communication skills, creativity and a good sense for young target audiences
- Passion for brand building, storytelling and authentic communication; empathy
- Independent, structured working style and enthusiasm for driving topics forward holistically
