About the role
- You implement smart customer journeys that delight across all channels
- You analyze customer experiences to identify pain points and drive improvements
- You work closely with Marketing, Media, Web and other teams to create a seamless customer experience
- You use innovative tools to measure customer satisfaction and track interactions across all channels
- You are the primary point of contact for the client and guide them through the entire project lifecycle
- You listen to customer feedback, adapt to new situations and lead teams to the best outcomes
- You participate in workshops to inspire a customer-centric mindset within the team and to deepen specific topics both internally and externally
Requirements
- You hold a successfully completed university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a similar field
- You have experience implementing cross-media campaigns, ideally in a similar role, in an agency environment or in an agile company
- You can read people and situations well and adapt to individual circumstances
- You act with a customer-oriented mindset and understand customers’ needs and expectations
- You are a communication talent and can work effectively with diverse — including international — teams
- You thrive on multitasking and can manage several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- You have analytical thinking skills to correctly assess performance and KPIs
- You have knowledge in information security and information security awareness
