About the role

  • You implement smart customer journeys that delight across all channels
  • You analyze customer experiences to identify pain points and drive improvements
  • You work closely with Marketing, Media, Web and other teams to create a seamless customer experience
  • You use innovative tools to measure customer satisfaction and track interactions across all channels
  • You are the primary point of contact for the client and guide them through the entire project lifecycle
  • You listen to customer feedback, adapt to new situations and lead teams to the best outcomes
  • You participate in workshops to inspire a customer-centric mindset within the team and to deepen specific topics both internally and externally

Requirements

  • You hold a successfully completed university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a similar field
  • You have experience implementing cross-media campaigns, ideally in a similar role, in an agency environment or in an agile company
  • You can read people and situations well and adapt to individual circumstances
  • You act with a customer-oriented mindset and understand customers’ needs and expectations
  • You are a communication talent and can work effectively with diverse — including international — teams
  • You thrive on multitasking and can manage several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • You have analytical thinking skills to correctly assess performance and KPIs
  • You have knowledge in information security and information security awareness
