About the role
- Manages the technical delivery of live training sessions
- Assists the facilitator and or host with interactive activities and moderation
- Provides technical coordination and support for platform and users
- Plans, conducts, and manages the technical delivery of live events
- Delivers technical support to everyone in the classroom
- Assists with modeling exercises and scheduling live virtual deliveries
Requirements
- 6 months of customer service experience in a virtual environment
- Proficiency in navigating virtual delivery platforms to manage content and interactive activities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common issues and assist presenters and participants in working through technical challenges
- Ability to manage stress and perform under pressure
