Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages the technical delivery of live training sessions
  • Assists the facilitator and or host with interactive activities and moderation
  • Provides technical coordination and support for platform and users
  • Plans, conducts, and manages the technical delivery of live events
  • Delivers technical support to everyone in the classroom
  • Assists with modeling exercises and scheduling live virtual deliveries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 months of customer service experience in a virtual environment
  • Proficiency in navigating virtual delivery platforms to manage content and interactive activities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common issues and assist presenters and participants in working through technical challenges
  • Ability to manage stress and perform under pressure
