About the role

  • Provide 2nd-level support for existing workplace hardware
  • Install specialized software and hardware solutions in a clinical environment
  • Support IT projects, rollouts and relocations while adhering to technical standards
  • Maintain and manage client peripherals such as printers, monitors and other accessories
  • Document activities in the ticketing system
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure smooth IT operations

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT—ideally as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or an equivalent IT qualification
  • Solid knowledge of Windows client operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft core services and TCP/IP-based networks
  • Ideally experience with software distribution systems—preferably Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Initial experience working in sensitive areas such as hygiene zones is an advantage
  • Analytical thinking and a structured, proactive working style
  • High self-motivation
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Driving license class B/BE and willingness to work flexibly within the clinical environment
