About the role

  • Monitor and ensure the team's performance, guaranteeing the achievement of targets, deadlines, and quality standards;
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Ensure proper distribution of workloads, prioritization of tasks, and efficient progress of processes;
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Advise, support, and develop the team;
  • Act as the focal point between the team and management;
  • Actively contribute to improving the quality, efficiency, and productivity of deliverables;
  • Support the resolution of complex matters.

Requirements

  • Law degree and registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
  • Experience in a law firm, preferably handling large-scale matters;
  • Knowledge of civil procedural law;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Organized with the ability to manage deadlines and workflows.
