About the role
- Review and validate defenses, appeals and petitions prepared by the legal team
- Develop legal theses and arguments for strategic application in litigation
- Draft high-complexity procedural documents
- Assist in defining litigation strategies together with other team members
- Ensure standardization and technical quality of templates and procedural filings.
Requirements
- Law degree with active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association)
- Solid experience in legal drafting and in developing legal theses and procedural templates
- Excellent command of legal language and strong skills in synthesis and argumentation
- Analytical ability and strategic litigation perspective
- Experience in high-volume contentious areas is desirable.
