About the role
- Accurately calculate procedural deadlines and monitor compliance with them;
- Draft defenses/pleadings on behalf of our client with technical quality and solid legal argumentation;
- Meet productivity targets;
- Prepare a form to guide our partners during hearings;
Requirements
- Law degree in progress (5th to 8th semester)
- Ability to read and interpret court decisions
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with case management systems and court portals/platforms.
