Provides advanced OnBase administration and operational support
Performs platform and system incident/problem resolution and service and change request processing according to client established service level agreements (SLA)
Conducts regular administration tasks and health checks to keep client’s OnBase systems running at optimal performance
Works with OnBase platform hosted on Hyland’s Cloud Offering
Provides advanced OnBase Administrator/Developer technical leadership for complex ECM projects
Performs systems analysis and provides advanced OnBase Administrator/Development services in planning, development, and implementation of complex ECM projects
Proposes, creates, and implements solutions, standards, procedures, and guidelines for utilizing OnBase platforms
Interacts with product owners, technical owners, SMEs, OnBase Admins, vendors, and client personnel across divisions
Develops document types, keywords, queries, reports, forms, import processes, Workflow, Dashboard, and Unity Forms
Performs OnBase system upgrades and debugging, research, and investigation to resolve technical issues
Develops and implements software components in C# and/or Visual Basic
Creates technical documentation and provides training and support to end users and stakeholders
Follows client safety guidelines and attends appropriate safety training sessions as directed
Requirements
OnBase Certified System Administrator certification is required
