About the role

Provide technical support for the Accountability System ERP built on SAP software
Provide ongoing technical support and system administration for SAP applications and SAP SuccessFactors (cloud based)
Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, upgrades, and troubleshooting across SAP environments
Support integration between SAP systems and cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors
Manage patches, support packages, security updates, and system error analysis
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure ERP system availability and stability
Support Financial Management, Procurement, Grants Management and Reporting modules in production
Support implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for Human Capital Management and Payroll Processing

Five (5) years of experience in SAP BASIS administration and technical core tasks
Experience with SAP software installation and upgrades
Experience applying support packages and patches
Experience in workload analysis and performance monitoring
Experience in system error analysis
Experience maintaining multi-landscape environments
Two (2) years of experience supporting an SAP operational system for a Public Sector client
Two (2) years of experience working in running environments: Linux/DB2 and Windows/MSSQL
Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors (cloud based) and integration between SAP systems and cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors
Experience managing patches, support packages, and security updates
Ability to coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors
Familiarity with SAP modules in financials, procurement, or grants management (preferred)
Experience in large-scale ERP systems in the public sector (preferred)
Experience with hybrid environments involving on-premise and cloud SAP components (preferred)
