About the role

Conduct thorough analysis of existing job schedules (Tivoli), dependencies, and configurations
Provide ongoing support for monitoring and troubleshooting job failures and performance issues
Collaborate with the IT team to implement changes and enhancements to job schedules
Document and maintain standard operating procedures for job scheduling and monitoring
Perform periodic reviews and support audits to ensure compliance with best practices

Provide on-call support for critical issues and incidents as needed
Assist in migrating eForms and WebUpload applications to Angular and Spring Boot technologies (as required)

7+ years recent experience with Tivoli/Control-M or similar workload automation solution
Implementing and testing new job schedules, ensuring proper documentation (7 Years)
Proficiency with Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL (7 Years)
Conducting training sessions for IT staff on best practices and troubleshooting techniques (7 Years)
Working experience with PowerShell, C and UNIX scripting (7 Years)
Working experience with version control tools such as GitHub / Azure DevOps (7 Years)
Prior work experience and knowledge in the TAX technology environment (7 Years)
Proficiency in Object Orient analysis and design techniques (7 Years)
Working experience with Windows and Linux servers/Environments (7 Years)
