About the role
- Prepare detailed pricing proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFP's)
- Participate on proposal teams for new business opportunities and re-competes
- Review proposal team input to ensure compliance with government regulations, including TINA and certified cost or pricing data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Subcontracts, Small Business Office, Program Business Support, Compliance, and HR on specific proposals and processes
- Maintain detailed pricing documentation files to serve as reference for future inquiries or audits
Requirements
- United States Citizenship
- A Bachelors degree with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Or a High School Diploma/GED with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and communications skills
- Must be detail-oriented, able to manage and handle multiple projects (while exhibiting flexibility and teamwork), and meet deadlines
- Strong skills in using Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work on significant portions of a project with limited supervision
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected
