About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain detailed production schedules aligning with customer demands and facility capacity.
  • Provide clear communication of operational plans, capacity, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Keep schedule current using automated tools and modify schedules while maintaining status on linkages and dependencies.
  • Define and implement schedule configuration management processes, including version control.
  • Review schedules for conflicts with KPP/KPIs, focus on customer on-time delivery, identify risks and discuss mitigation with leadership.
  • Coordinate with functional area leads to communicate and track daily production schedules and manage schedules for multiple locations as required.
  • Collaborate with customer and Serco functional teams to deliver systems and supporting documentation for the NGC2 US Army contract.

Requirements

  • An active Secret clearance.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or project management plus 5 years of master scheduling experience.
  • Strong analytical skill and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in scheduling software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Familiar with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement initiatives (desired).
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts, including probability and statistical analysis (desired).
  • Experience with Microsoft Project (desired).
