About the role

  • Monitor and execute clients' communication action plans.
  • Oversee the finalization and production process, ensuring the quality of final deliverables to the client in coordination with other departments.
  • Supervise, guide, and validate the work of teams across all agency departments.
  • Organize and coordinate client meetings, including preparing agendas, arranging materials, and documenting sessions through reports.
  • Organize and manage procedures defined within the Agile methodology.
  • Track and execute project development workflows, ensuring effective delivery to the client.
  • Attend client presentations of work/projects, requesting and arranging any necessary adjustments and cost estimates.
  • Update monthly records of creative pieces or creative credits for clients on monthly fee contracts.
  • Update, monitor, and manage client requests, following quality criteria.
  • Collect and formalize briefs for new client work, and issue the necessary PITs.
  • Support the control of budgets allocated by the client in the communication plan.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to review results and ongoing requests with the client.
  • Comply with company rules, procedures, and work instructions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in client service/account management, preferably involving digital media.
  • Knowledge of the Publi system.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Strong verbal fluency and written communication skills.
