About the role
- Support the development and coordination of omnichannel marketing content.
- Manage the planning and execution of trade shows and industry events.
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and performance reporting.
- Coordinate packaging updates and approvals process across internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage purchase orders and invoice submissions for marketing vendors.
- Oversee trade promotions planning and execution including coupon programs.
- Assist with development of sales materials and presentations.
- Manage consumer affairs communications.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications or brand support roles (CPG or food, a plus).
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and finance departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity software/suite.
- Experience working with professional design teams, Figma experience, a plus.
- Tracking and reporting marketing expenses.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter, ability to take initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and vendor relationships.
- Clear communicator with strong follow-through.
