About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support and maintenance for Java APIs and microservices, performing incident analysis and resolution.
Develop and evolve REST APIs and microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
Implement improvements and new features, ensuring application quality, performance and stability.
Participate in the team's agile ceremonies (Daily stand-up, Planning, Review and Retrospective).
Collaborate on problem analysis, root cause identification and definition of technical solutions.
Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure the quality of deliveries.
Work with cloud-native applications, using Docker and other technologies in the ecosystem.
Interact with multidisciplinary teams from Sensedia and the client to support deliveries and the continuous evolution of solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience developing with Java 17+ and Spring Boot
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
Experience with microservices
Experience writing unit tests using JUnit 5
Experience with Docker and Docker Compose
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Experience using Git for version control
Experience with messaging tools (RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar)
Experience developing cloud-native applications
Knowledge of API Gateway
Experience in incident analysis, resolution and production application support.
