About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead customer discovery to understand integration patterns and identify product opportunities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog (features and refinements), clearly articulating trade-offs
Define and track product adoption and success metrics
Work closely with the development team to refine user stories and validate deliveries
Manage expectations of other departments (sales, Customer Success, consulting) regarding product scope, positioning and maturity
Communicate the roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
Support go-to-market activities with sales and CS, qualifying opportunities and crafting the product value narrative

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in product management or in a product-adjacent role responsible for specification and prioritization
Understanding of system integration: connectivity patterns (REST, events, queues), iPaaS concepts and enterprise middleware
Ability to structure and prioritize a backlog with clear impact assessment and trade-off analysis
Effective communication with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Autonomy to make and defend decisions, communicating trade-offs and risks
Experience with enterprise clients in integration, automation or API management contexts (preferred)
Familiarity with SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, expansion) and the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes (preferred)
Field discovery experience: conducting interviews, identifying usage patterns, and distinguishing real problems from proposed solutions (preferred)
