About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accept food orders and communicate to kitchen
- Deliver food and beverage to residents and guests in a timely manner
- Ensure resident/guest satisfaction
- Actively bus and reset tables
- Complete assigned side work
- Collaborate to ensure timely room service
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas
- Comply with health codes
- Attend all required training and meetings
- Train staff and maintain a positive demeanor
- Follow safety precautions to prevent accidents
Requirements
What you’ll need- No experience required
- Previous Food Service experience is a plus
- Serv Safe or other required local, county or state certifications
- Ability to switch tasks quickly
- Pride in food quality and presentation
- Cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
- Generous amount of patience
- Effective communication with various personalities
