About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and optimize paid media campaigns.
Analyze metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROI, ROAS, and conversion.
Test ad creatives, ad copy, offers, audiences, and landing pages.
Identify funnel improvements in collaboration with the commercial/sales team.
Support Growth strategies for acquisition and scaling.
Translate data into actionable performance improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Traffic Management.
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Knowledge of acquisition and performance metrics analysis.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or RD Station.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience working with accounting firms or subscription/recurring services.
Experience in performance, growth, paid traffic, or digital acquisition.
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Knowledge of CRM, automation, HubSpot, or RD Station.
