- Strong technical capability
- Experience delivering fire engineering projects and performance-based solutions (Engineer)
- Exposure to fire, smoke and egress modelling software (Engineer)
- Experience managing projects, clients and technical deliverables (Senior / Lead Engineer)
- Strong capability in fire, smoke and egress modelling (Senior / Lead Engineer)
- Ability to lead project teams and drive successful outcomes (Senior / Lead Engineer)
- Experience contributing to business development and market growth (Senior / Lead Engineer)
- Recognised technical leadership within the fire engineering industry (Principal)
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development (Principal)
- Experience leading teams, mentoring engineers and growing technical capability (Principal)
