About the role

  • Preparation and continuous development of sales reporting: You are responsible for producing pre-sales figures and continuously refining them to support various decision-making processes.
  • Building and maintaining a central sales database in Power BI: You will create a central sales database and integrate it into Power BI to enable efficient and transparent analysis of sales figures and trends.
  • Data analysis and preparation: You analyze ticket sales, identify relevant KPIs, and thereby make a direct contribution to the success of our shows.
  • Collaboration with various departments: You work closely with management, project management, marketing and controlling to provide relevant information and insights.

Requirements

  • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in controlling or business intelligence (e.g., through internships or working student positions)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ideally experience with Power BI or other BI tools/databases
  • Native-level German language skills
  • Analytical thinking and a strong understanding of complex data
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Team orientation and good communication skills
