About the role
- You assume responsibility as Technical Lead for the successful on-site execution of our events in the regions of North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate.
- Planning of events, including scheduling and dispatching of local service providers (technical crew, staff) and coordination with the respective venues (indoor and open-air).
- Independently carrying out events with attention to economic and safety-related aspects.
- Developing and preparing technical plans in cooperation with Project Management and the Ticketing department.
- Supporting Project Management with event costing and financial settlement.
- Maintaining the event database.
Requirements
- Qualification as a Master Technician in Event Technology (Meister)
- Several years of relevant experience in organizing concert events
- Experience with CAD design applications (Vectorworks or AutoCAD)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Confident user of common MS Office applications
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends and to travel for assignments
