About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Find the right hotel for clients
  • Serve as the liaison between seminar organizers and seminar hotels
  • Conduct successful acquisition campaigns and actively generate business
  • Build and maintain sustainable, successful relationships with business partners
  • Carry out sales-supporting projects
  • Manage 12 partner hotels, including preparing quotations
  • Deliver the highest level of service quality
  • Maintain close coordination with the manager

Requirements

  • Have a passion for telephone communication and feel confident interacting with customers
  • Resilience under pressure, strong organizational skills, and a professional manner

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
