About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Find the right hotel for clients
- Act as the liaison between seminar bookers and seminar hotels
- Execute successful acquisition activities and actively generate business
- Maintain long-term successful customer relationships with business partners
- Carry out sales-supporting projects
- Manage 12 partner hotels, including preparing proposals
- Deliver service quality at the highest level
- Coordinate closely with the manager
- Assume professional and organizational responsibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enjoyment of sales-oriented conversations
- Comfortable with phone-based communication and confident customer contact
- Stress-resistant, well organized, and professional appearance
- Team player
- Willingness to take on responsibility
- Structured and precise way of working
- Leadership experience
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent German and good English
- Completed vocational training in tourism and at least Matura level (equivalent to a secondary school leaving certificate)
- Experience in sales/business development is an advantage
