About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- find the right hotel for our clients
- act as the interface between seminar bookers and seminar hotels
- conduct successful acquisition activities and actively generate business
- maintain long-term successful customer relationships with business partners
- carry out sales-supporting projects
- manage our 12 partner hotels including preparing offers (Customer Office of Symposion Hotels)
- deliver service of the highest quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enjoy sales-oriented conversations
- Comfortable with phone-based work and customer contact
- Resilient under pressure, organized and professional demeanour
- Enjoy working in a team
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent German and good English
- Completed vocational training in tourism and experience in sales/sales distribution (advantageous); minimum secondary-school leaving qualification (Matura) or equivalent
