About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Product enhancements & backlog prioritization
- Coordinate with business departments to gather requirements
- Create clear user stories, epics & acceptance criteria
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure smooth communication between German- and English-speaking teams
- Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, retrospective)
- Perform testing & quality assurance before releases
- Analyze and optimize technical processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems
- Strong Scrum knowledge (e.g., CSPO, PSM I/II)
- Proficient with Jira
- Experience writing clear requirements (user stories, use cases; IREB/CPRE is a plus)
- Basic technical understanding (at least one programming language)
