About the role

  • Support the execution of the program's communication plan, including creation of posts, emails, reminders, FAQs, program guidelines and presentation templates.
  • Create and distribute application forms, welcome emails, invitations, and reminders to participants (startups and corporate partners).
  • Support communication for program events, contributing copy, visual assets, supporting materials, and promotion of case studies.
  • Assist in managing participant communication channels (WhatsApp, Slack, email), ensuring alignment of information, deadlines, and engagement.
  • Support the administration of satisfaction surveys (NPS) and organize results to generate insights and improvements.
  • Monitor basic marketing metrics (email open rates, sign-ups, event attendance) and suggest operational improvements.
  • Assist in preparing institutional presentations, pitch decks, and storytelling materials to promote the program and communicate results to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe tools.
  • Previous experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, or social impact projects.
  • Familiarity with the startup and innovation ecosystem.
  • Experience organizing or supporting events (academic, corporate, or community).
