About the role

  • Creation, transformation and analysis of structured and unstructured data.
  • Development, publishing and automation of interactive dashboards in Power BI.
  • Building analytical data models (Star Schema, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Monitoring and optimizing SQL query performance.
  • Handling and analyzing large volumes of data.
  • Creating business rules and data processing for MDM (Master Data Management).
  • Performing comparative analyses and data quality validations.
  • Building and automating processes in cloud environments (Azure/Databricks).
  • Collaborating with business areas to gather requirements and define strategic KPIs.
  • Ensuring a good user experience (UX) in dashboards and data products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI (required).
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with data modeling.
  • Experience with Azure and Databricks.
  • Strong ability to interact with business stakeholders.
  • Excellent UX awareness applied to dashboards and analytical products.
  • Experience in MDM and Single Customer View projects (desired).
  • Knowledge of Python (desired).
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst (desired).
  • Consultative and proactive mindset (desired).
  • Experience working in agile environments (desired).
