About the role

  • Develop and evolve decision flows using FICO platforms (DM, DMPS, PIDD, FAC).
  • Create and configure Jobs, Job Steps, Streams and Tuples in the FICO DMPS environment.
  • Ensure governance, traceability and performance of decision assets.
  • Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data using Spark, PySpark and Databricks.
  • Implement automation of decisions based on data, rules and analytical models.
  • Integrate data, analytics and compliance engines into decision flows.
  • Consume and integrate multiple data sources, performing real-time transformations and enrichment.
  • Conduct tests and experiments (A/B testing, backtests) to validate hypotheses.
  • Monitor the operational and analytical performance of decision flows.
  • Document methodologies, pipelines, architectures and processes clearly and in an organized manner.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with FICO platforms (DM, DMPS, PIDD, FAC).
  • Creation and maintenance of decisions, rules and processing flows.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with Spark and PySpark.
  • Familiarity with Azure and Databricks.
  • Experience versioning decision assets (rules, models, jobs).
  • Continuous deployment in DM/DMPS environments.
  • Experience integrating data, business processes and compliance.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DataOps (Azure DevOps, Databricks CLI, REST APIs).
  • Background in modern data engineering (ETL/ELT, Lakehouse architecture).
  • Experience with Snowflake.
  • Experience with operational monitoring and observability.
  • Knowledge of prescriptive analytics and real-time decisioning.
