About the role

  • Work directly with the Product Owner (PO), supporting the definition and prioritization of the product backlog, and writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support team leadership, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to the defined architecture, and the use of development best practices.
  • Decompose epics and complex features into smaller, manageable tasks for the team.
  • Facilitate communication between business areas and the development team, translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Orchestrate the team's work, promoting collaboration and autonomy.
  • Analyze and propose technical solutions for project challenges, including the decommissioning of legacy systems.
  • Ensure code quality and test coverage.
  • Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience developing REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Experience with ETL processes and system integration.
  • Familiarity with testing practices and automation.
  • Knowledge of complex business rules (individuals and corporate entities, taxation, compliance).
