About the role
- Own the strategy and execution to deliver 2,000+ homeowner leads per month within 12 months, with 60%+ coming from organic channels.
- Full P&L responsibility for lead volume, cost-per-lead, and pipeline contribution.
- Build and lead a small team (SEO, content, social, outreach) – starting with 4 direct reports.
- Scale organic traffic from current ~80k visits/mo to 500k+ visits/mo in 18 months.
- Dominate Google for high-intent keywords.
- Build the #1 thought-leadership brand in sale-leaseback and investor education.
- Create a repeatable investor acquisition engine (LinkedIn, BiggerPockets, Facebook groups, podcasts, events)
Requirements
- 7+ years in performance marketing / lead generation (real estate, proptech, fintech, or marketplace experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of building organic growth engines that deliver 1,000–5,000+ leads/month
- Deep, hands-on expertise in SEO (you’ve ranked sites for competitive money keywords)
- Experience generating homeowner/seller leads AND real estate investor leads
- Previously led or built a small marketing team
- Data-driven: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker Studio
- Thrives in early-stage startup chaos – you’ve done this before at a company doing $1M–$30M ARR
- Exceptional communication – you can present to executives and investors with ease
