About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will help build our blog from the ground up — from topic planning and editorial production to publication and SEO optimization.
You will contribute to creating articles on current topics related to careers, job applications, personal development and leadership.
You will work closely with our consulting team, bringing topics from everyday consulting onto the content stage and developing them into value-driven blog articles.
You think in terms of target audiences and have a good sense for content that informs, excites and builds trust in our services.
You will support our web and social media activities with content ideas, copy and visual concepts (website, LinkedIn, Instagram).
You will bring fresh energy to our digital communications and enjoy further developing your own ideas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are studying journalism, communication studies, media studies, public relations, German studies or a comparable field.
You have a good command of language and can craft clear, understandable and lively content — ideally with a touch of personality.
You have a strong interest in career topics, the world of work and personal development.
You are digitally savvy and ideally have experience with social media and websites; you have SEO experience — or you are eager to learn it.
You are familiar with using AI — you use it to create content efficiently, solve tasks smartly and support creative processes (if not, you will learn it with us).
You work reliably, independently and with an eye for detail.
You are motivated to contribute to a friendly team and implement your own ideas.
