You will collaborate on potential analyses, support the preparation of coaching sessions, and gain initial experience in professional guidance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are studying Business Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or a comparable program—preferably with a focus on HR or marketing.
You work in a structured way, show initiative, and approach tasks analytically and solution-oriented.
You are eager to learn new topics and actively contribute to projects.
You have an interest in digital tools and processes—you're happy to use AI applications like ChatGPT or will learn to use them with us.
You present yourself reliably and openly and enjoy professional collaboration.
You are confident with common MS Office programs.
