About the role
- You will work closely with our consulting team and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and take on responsibility.
- You will analyze current developments in the continuing education market and help us develop new, tailored offerings for different target groups.
- You will support the development of modern training concepts — with a focus on relevance, instructional design and impact.
- You will create content for our website, propose ideas for social media and strengthen our digital presence.
- You will assist in optimizing application documents and gain insight into consultation sessions with real clients.
- You will participate in potential analyses, support the preparation of coaching sessions and gain initial experience in professional guidance.
Requirements
- You are studying Business Psychology, Business Administration, Communications or a comparable field — preferably with a focus on HR or marketing.
- You work in a structured way, show initiative and approach tasks analytically and with a solution-oriented mindset.
- You are eager to learn new topics and actively contribute to projects.
- You are interested in digital tools and processes — including AI applications such as ChatGPT, which you either enjoy using or will learn about with us.
- You present yourself reliably and openly and enjoy professional collaboration.
- You have a good command of common MS Office programs.
