About the role

  • You believe that innovative technology and software support, transform, and advance socially relevant issues.
  • You are an all-rounder and part of a cross-functional team, developing features in both the frontend and the backend.
  • You dive into our clients' technical questions and develop appropriate user stories in Java.
  • You actively accompany the entire development process from concept to implementation.
  • You support the automation and further development of our build, test, and release processes.
  • You conduct code reviews within the team and work in pair programming to improve quality and share knowledge.

Requirements

  • A completed degree or an equivalent qualification in computer science.
  • Strong knowledge in developing applications with Java using current frameworks such as Spring Boot.
  • A pronounced interest in artificial intelligence and the motivation to bring it into software development.
  • Practical experience with modern component-based JavaScript technologies such as React, Vue, or Angular, ideally with TypeScript.
  • Confident handling of HTML and CSS, including accessibility.
  • Experience in unit and system testing with technologies such as JUnit and Playwright.
  • Enthusiasm for agile working and the motivation to continuously engage with new technologies and trends.
  • Very good German skills (at least C1).
