About the role
- Do you want to help shape the digitization of public administration and contribute your innovative ideas within an agile working environment?
- As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you will support your team and clients throughout requirements gathering and implementation, up to release and ongoing development of a software application.
- With a project to build the communication infrastructure as part of public administration digitization, you will help drive and advance the digital transformation.
- You act as the liaison between clients and the development team, translating needs into actionable requirements.
- You analyze new requirements and derive user stories from them.
- Together with the team and clients, you will develop the product backlog as well as ongoing sprint goals and releases.
- You are the primary point of contact for our clients and persuade them with your communication skills.
- Together with your team, you are responsible for quality assurance and the reliable delivery of new features and releases.
- You work closely with other teams, subprojects and consultants.
Requirements
- A completed degree or comparable vocational qualification, preferably with a technical background
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment in working through complex topics in a structured way
- Team-oriented, reliable working style with high quality standards and enjoyment working with clients and the team
- Clear, understandable and proactive communication
- Initial experience as a Product Owner, preferably in agile software development projects
- Willingness to travel and very good German language skills (C2 or native)
