About the role
- Support and coach motivated teams within the central department.
- Actively help shape an agile working environment.
- Take responsibility as Scrum Master / Agile Coach.
- Facilitate meetings and run workshops.
- Promote teams' self-management and strengthen autonomous working.
- Work closely with a variety of stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in an agile environment
- Initial experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
- Experience supporting self-organizing teams through the application of agile methods
- Ideally: knowledge of Agile Leadership, coaching, team development, and other relevant methods
- Excellent communication skills with teams and stakeholders
- Very good German skills (C2 or native level).
