About the role

  • You evaluate and manage the handling of procurement procedures and tenders.
  • You support proposal preparation by involving all relevant stakeholders and maintain continuous communication with internal and external contacts.
  • You develop a strategy for each bid to maximize our chances of success and put together unbeatable proposal packages — both commercially and technically.
  • You are able to meet deadlines and formal requirements while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent vocational training
  • Experience in preparing and coordinating bids and tenders, preferably in an IT services environment
  • Enjoyment in drafting customized tender texts
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of common contract types (e.g., work contracts, service contracts); experience with EVB-IT contract templates is an advantage
  • Excellent German language skills (C2 level or native)
