Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain Docker/Kubernetes harnesses for repeatable stress and scale testing.
Run multi-cloud footprint with reliability and cost targets.
Consolidate CI/CD into reusable, standardized workflows.
Own version tagging, hotfix paths, PR review scaffolding, and release lifecycle.
Create single pane of glass for metrics, traces, and logs powered by OpenTelemetry.
Implement automated chaos and performance tests gating releases.
Run the bug and vulnerability workflow end to end.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years building production systems at scale.
Security fundamentals.
Distributed consensus understanding.
Benchmarking & performance bottleneck analysis.
Live incident response.
End-to-end systems thinking.
Blockchain or web3 infrastructure experience (bonus).
Multi-cloud cost programs (bonus).
