About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize admissions and revenue growth
- Monitor daily sales activities, call quality, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
- Handle high-priority prospects and complex admissions consultations
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Proven experience leading and managing sales teams
- Strong sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
