About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, monitor, and maintain existing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless networks, and related hardware.
Support the daily operation and performance of corporate network environments.
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco networking equipment using Cisco CLI.
Administer and support Cisco Meraki network solutions, including wireless access points, switches, and security appliances.
Plan and execute network upgrades, enhancements, and infrastructure improvements.
Troubleshoot network outages, performance issues, and connectivity problems, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve escalated networking-related incidents and service requests.
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
Assist with implementing network security best practices and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Participate in on-site support activities and travel as needed for network deployments, upgrades, or troubleshooting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of professional experience in network administration or network support.
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise network environments.
Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and Cisco CLI.
Experience administering and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki solutions.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless networking concepts.
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
