About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run cold outreach campaigns to secure backlinks, guest posts, brand mentions, listicle placements, and strategic partnerships
- Build and manage long-term relationships with editors, publishers, and website owners in the SaaS space
- Execute link building campaigns for clients based on monthly priorities and KPIs
- Manage the full guest post process from prospecting to publication
- Keep outreach pipelines, trackers, and reporting organized and up to date
- Improve and automate workflows to increase efficiency and results
- Take ownership of the process and consistently push campaigns forward
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in cold outreach, link building, or partnerships
- SaaS or B2B experience preferred
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and reliable with follow-ups
- Able to work independently and own results
